- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onion, and celery. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix sautéed vegetables with ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberry sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and egg. Mix gently to avoid dense meatballs.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and slightly jiggly in the center.
