- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag, pour the marinade over, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, brush some of the reserved marinade over the salmon for extra flavor.
- Remove the salmon once done, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve.
