Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Group: For the Filling and Topping
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 0.5 cup chocolate frosting (for drizzling)

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Create a small well in the center of each cookie and fill it generously with marshmallow fluff.
  9. Drizzle melted chocolate frosting artfully over the cookies.
