Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add ¼ cup of gochujang to start the base of the sauce.
Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup followed by 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, whisking until glossy.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for depth and aroma.
Incorporate 1 teaspoon each of minced garlic and minced ginger for added brightness.
Mix in 2 tablespoons of water if your sauce is too thick, adjusting to your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or spice according to your preference.

This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
