Ingredients

1lb.ground chicken
3Tbsp.gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
2green onions, finely chopped
1Tbsp.minced garlic
1Tbsp.honey
1Tbsp.soy sauce
½tsp.sesame oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4bunshamburger buns
Oil for cooking

6oz.thick-cut bacon, diced
1cupkimchi, chopped
1Tbsp.brown sugar
1Tbsp.rice vinegar
1tsp.sesame oil
1Tbsp.soy sauce
1tsp.ginger, minced
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, add diced bacon and cook until crisp. Stir in kimchi, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until sticky.
Combine ground chicken with gochujang, green onions, garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently and shape into four patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to 165°F.
Toast hamburger buns and assemble with patties and kimchi bacon jam. Serve warm.
