  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to ensure an even cook.
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over the chicken pieces.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred it using two forks or a hand mixer. Let it rest for a few minutes before shredding for juiciness.
  5. Serve in tacos, salads, or sandwiches, or mix with sauces for added flavor.
