This festive Grinch Christmas Crack is a vibrant, no-bake dessert that combines graham crackers, marshmallows, and green candy melts for a treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 2 cups green candy melts
  • 1 cup red and green M&M’s (or festive sprinkles)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

  • Medium saucepan
  • Baking sheet
  • Spatula
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the packed light brown sugar and keep stirring until the mixture is glossy and bubbly, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, whisk in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then fold in the graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows.
  4. Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the green candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted, then pour over the graham cracker base.
  6. While the coating is warm, sprinkle the M&M’s generously on top and press lightly into the melted candy.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into pieces.
