- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the packed light brown sugar and keep stirring until the mixture is glossy and bubbly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, whisk in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then fold in the graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows.
- Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the green candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted, then pour over the graham cracker base.
- While the coating is warm, sprinkle the M&M’s generously on top and press lightly into the melted candy.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into pieces.
