Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Stack the pita breads and slice each round in half to create two thinner pitas.
- Place the pita halves in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Rub the oil over the surfaces to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder over the pita pieces. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the pita pieces in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
Notes
Make sure to not overcrowd the baking sheet for even baking. Store in an airtight container for a week.
