- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sweet onions and a sprinkle of salt. Stir occasionally until softened and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet with the caramelized onions. Cook until turkey is no longer pink, stirring in garlic powder and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey mixture, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Mix well.
