Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or get your grill hot and ready.
- Rinse the bell peppers under cold water and dry them thoroughly.
- Place whole peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and turn them to ensure they are well-coated.
- Roast the peppers in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs.
- Once roasted, place the peppers in a plastic bag or cover them with a dish towel. Let them steam for about 10 minutes.
- When they are cool enough to handle, carefully peel away the charred skin and slice them open to remove the seeds.
- Use your beautifully roasted peppers in salads, pasta, or spreads. Enjoy!
