unsalted butter

honey

Instructions
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Toss chicken pieces in the seasoned flour until well-coated.
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add chicken in a single layer, sear undisturbed for 5-7 minutes.
Flip the chicken to cook the other side until golden.
Pour in honey, garlic, soy sauce, and remaining butter. Stir to coat chicken.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or vegetables.
