  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika smoked for depth
  • ½ cup unsalted butter divided
  • cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Toss chicken pieces in the seasoned flour until well-coated.
  • In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add chicken in a single layer, sear undisturbed for 5-7 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken to cook the other side until golden.
  • Pour in honey, garlic, soy sauce, and remaining butter. Stir to coat chicken.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or vegetables.
