- In a large mixing bowl, combine your shredded turkey, leftover stuffing, and a cup of gravy. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

- Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and cheese on one slice of bread.

- Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add diced turkey and leftover veggies, pour in gravy, and mix together.
- Spread mixture in an oven-safe dish and top with mashed potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
