  • 1 can tuna packed in water, drained solid white albacore recommended
  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat preferred
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice freshly squeezed if possible
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna and cottage cheese.
  2. Add your diced red onion, celery, and cucumber.
  3. Sprinkle in the fresh dill and drizzle with lemon juice. Gently fold all the ingredients together until evenly mixed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
