  • 2 cups French onion soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, French onion soup, sour cream, and rice if using. Mix until well blended.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Top the casserole generously with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
