- Pat dry the chicken thighs and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs for 5–7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and stir in remaining butter, honey, garlic, and soy sauce, letting it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the honey butter sauce.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with rice or vegetables.
