Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, mashed banana, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully fold in the Reese's Pieces candies.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the center has a slight jiggle.
  5. Cool for a few minutes and serve warm with optional toppings.
