- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until glossy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into a small ramekin and microwave on high for 40-60 seconds.
- Let cool for a minute or two before enjoying!
Notes
Be careful not to overcook; the cookie should have a slight jiggle in the center when done.
