  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Dijon mustard and honey. Using a whisk, mix them together until the texture is smooth and glossy.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk vigorously until everything is fully combined into a uniform sauce.
  3. Taste your sauce, adjusting the seasoning as desired. A touch more honey can enhance the sweetness.
  4. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl or jar. It can be enjoyed immediately, but letting it sit for a few minutes will allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
