  • 1 cup pizza sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese A mix of low-moisture and fresh mozzarella.
  • toppings of your choice Options include pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, or arugula.
  • olive oil A drizzle for brushing to achieve crispiness.

Method
 

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay tortillas flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the surface with olive oil.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over each tortilla and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  4. Pile on your favorite toppings.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
