- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine rolled oats, milk, ripe banana, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add Nutella to the blender and pulse briefly to combine, leaving some swirls for a marbled effect.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or ramekins, making sure to scrape every bit from the blender.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm around the edges.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Top with optional toppings if desired.
Notes
This recipe keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze portions for later use.
