- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Fold gently until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or lined 9x9-inch baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with maple syrup or yogurt if desired.
