Method
 

  1. Begin by selecting a lovely wooden board or a stylish serving platter.
  2. Take the Boursin cheese and gently unwrap it, then crumble it slightly with a fork.
  3. Chop the shelled pistachios finely so they adhere well to the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios generously over the crumbled Boursin.
  5. Drizzle honey over the pistachios using a spoon or honey dipper.
  6. Add fresh herbs on top for garnish.
  7. Pair with crackers or sliced baguette and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding fresh lemon zest or crushed red pepper flakes to the honey.
