Delicious Honey Butter Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika smoked for depth
  • ½ cup unsalted butter divided
  • cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Equipment

  • Large skillet A 12-inch non-stick pan works great.

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the seasoned flour until well-coated.
  4. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  5. Add chicken in a single layer, sear undisturbed for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken to cook the other side until golden.
  7. Pour in honey, garlic, soy sauce, and remaining butter. Stir to coat chicken.
  8. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or vegetables.

To avoid common mistakes, ensure proper dredging and do not crowd the pan while cooking.
