  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by letting the cream cheese come to room temperature so it’s soft enough to whip easily.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped chives, dill, and parsley.
  3. Use a sturdy fork or whisk to mash the cream cheese until light and airy, ensuring all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Add salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste, adjusting according to preference.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
