- In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef. Cook until it’s no longer pink, breaking it apart as it browns. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and a splash of water, stir until well-combined. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and the seasoned ground beef once it has cooled slightly. Gently toss together.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle the crushed Doritos on top just before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately to maintain the crunch of the Doritos. You can also serve the Doritos on the side.
